It reported substantial compliance, with 97.62 percent mandatory-rule compliance and 100 percent essential-rule compliance. The inspection also noted three mandatory-rule issues: orientation documentation, formal inmate counts beyond the eight-hour frame on selected dates, and lack of documentation of daily inspections for contraband, security, and equipment. JJDPA review found zero violations and described a secure court holding area in the same building as the jail.
